Founders

Gaurav Seth (CEO & Co-Founder) graduate from IIST and worked at ISRO for 9 years where he was instrumental in the design and execution of five interplanetary and earth observation missions. His achievements include the development of India's first airborne foliage penetration synthetic aperture radar and the SAR imaging payload aboard Chandrayaan-2.

Vinit Bansal (CTO & Co-Founder) is a graduate in Electronics from BITS-Pilani and has spent 9 years at National Instruments building and prototyping solutions for Space and Defence Industry. While working at National Instruments he worked closely with Indian Space Research Organisation and Ministry of Defence.

Role

This role focuses on designing, developing, and testing of high-power RF amplifiers for space applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of RF and microwave engineering principles, hands-on experience with high-power amplifier design, and a strong background in space-qualified hardware.

  • Design and develop high-power RF amplifiers for space applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with space standards.

  • Perform detailed circuit design, simulations, and analysis to optimize amplifier performance.

  • Conduct testing and validation of RF amplifiers in both laboratory and space-relevant environments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve design and performance issues with high-power RF amplifiers.

  • Thermal management of major heat dissipating elements in vacuum condition.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including systems engineers, mechanical engineers, and project managers, to integrate RF solutions into spacecraft systems.

  • Develop and document design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in RF and microwave technology and apply them to current and future projects.

  • Active Participation in Design improvement meetups.

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics or a related field.

  • Experience in High RF Power Amplifier design.

  • Strong knowledge of RF principles, high-power amplifier design, thermal management, and reliability analysis.

  • Experience with GaN, GaAs, and LDMOS technologies.

  • Proficiency in using RF and microwave design tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, AWR)

  • Experience with RF test equipment such as network analysers, spectrum analysers, and power meters.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work hard under a demanding schedule.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
